Calendar Date Picker

Calendar date picker, a simple WordPress plugin that does one thing. It adds the jQuery UI Datepicker plugin to the edit screen.

When you click the published edit button in the Publish metabox a new drop down will appear. By default you will see a select field and a few input fields for the month, date, year etc.

Calendar Date Picker adds a new input field above these other fields and when clicked on will show an overlay calendar with a Timepicker extension. When the values are changed each field is updated accordingly!

Alternatively you can directly click on each field and a modified overlay calendar will appear.
