WordPress Plugin License Manager – how to manage your license(s)

In order to better serve our paying customers, we have released minor updates to all of our plugins that will change how the their licenses are managed. This new system involves a new, totally optional plugin; Frosty Media License Manager that does nothing on the front-end of your site to impact performance, and can be safely disabled — if you choose to do so — with out affecting your paid plugin.

This does not in any way affect the agreement that we have made with our users in any way. All existing licenses remain valid and the licenses codes have not changed at all.

The changes we made provides a more efficient way to manage all Frosty Media plugin licenses. In addition, the changes we made improves our ability to reliably provide updates to our plugins, which along with support is what the license provides.

These updates move license management from these plugins to a new plugin, Frosty Media License Manager. This new plugin can be downloaded from the site for free or from its GitHub repo.

It is important to note that choosing to not install, or deactivating the Frosty Media License Manager will not cause your Frosty Media plugins to stop working. Installing it is totally optional, and is provided for convenience. You can always manually download the plugins and manage your licenses from your order history.

We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause, and keep in mind that these are changes we are making to ensure that all updates go smoothly in the future.

If you have any questions or need any help, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
